At Nova Picks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including tags and accessories.

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, undergarments, custom orders). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. How to Request a Return
